As a veterinarian, Dr. Carolyn Ives is devoted to her patients, and takes a special interest in ophthalmology and neurology.
Dr. Ives was born and raised in North Carolina. She pursued her undergraduate and veterinary training at North Carolina State University.
She and her husband moved to the Charlotte area in 2011 where she worked as a small animal veterinarian. Dr. Ives joined Lakecross Veterinary Hospital in 2016.
Dr. Ives has two young children and two fur-babies (one dog named Ellie and one blind cat named Artemis).
She and her husband are huge Carolina Panthers fans. When she isn’t at a football game, she enjoys family time and singing as a hobby.
Her special veterinary interests include opthalmology and neurology.
Dr. Ives works occasional relief only at LakeCross Veterinary Hospital.
